摘要
按照美国农业与生物工程师协会ASAE S368.4DEC2000(R2006)标准,使用Brookfield质构仪测定了黑龙江五个品种大豆籽粒(2012年产)的表观接触弹性模量、第一至第三次加卸载弹性模量。选定压缩方位为长轴、中轴、短轴,对大豆籽粒进行三次加卸载,运用赫兹颗粒压缩理论和实验数据,计算得到大豆的表观接触弹性模量、第一至第三次加卸载弹性模量。实验结果表明:大豆籽粒长轴、中轴、短轴压缩时,短轴压缩的表观接触弹性模量、第一至第三次加卸载弹性模量最大,大豆籽粒(长轴、中轴、短轴压缩)的表观接触弹性模量、第一至第三次加卸载弹性模量依次增大。
According to the America society of agricultural and biological engineers ASAE S368.4DEC2000 (R2006) standard, A Brookfield Texture analyzer is used to determine the apparent contact elastic modulus and the elastic modulus of first, second and third loading and unloading of five varieties of soybean seeds (output in Heilongjiang province 2012). Selecting the major axis, the middle axis and the minor axis as the compress directions, the soybean seeds were loaded and unloaded three times. Using the Hertz theory on particle compression and the experimental data to calculate the apparent contact elastic modulus and the elastic modulus of first, second and third loading and unloading of the soybean seeds. The experimental results showed that the apparent contact elastic modulus and the elastic modulus of first, second and third loading and unloading of soybean seeds which were compressed on the minor axis are maximum for the same variety of soybean seeds, the apparent contact elastic modulus is minimum, the first loading and unloading elastic modulus is followed, then followed by the second and the third loading and unloaidng elastic modulus for the same variety of soybean seeds.
