摘要
选用数值模拟的方式,采用计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,简称CFD)的方法对房式仓粮堆建立了描述粮堆内部热湿传递的数学模型并对横向谷冷通风过程进行三维数值模拟,与实测数据进行对比分析,得到平房仓横向谷冷通风过程中温度变化和水分变化的规律,为有效控制仓内的温湿度提供理论依据。
Temperature and humidity controlled in the range of safe storage need more attention, ventilation technology is the key to solve the problem, recently warehouse cooling horizontal ventilation is used more and more widely. Research on temperature and humidity in the warehouse has two methods, the traditional research method is complex and need to consume a lot of human and financial resources, easy to be affected by climatic conditions, sometimes with high test cost, yet numerical simulation method has high prediction accuracy, low consumption, high-efficiency a computational fluid dynamics (Computational dvantages. The method o Fluid Dynamics, referred f numerical simulation is used, with to as CFD) to establish, mathematical model of warehouse for obtaining, the temperature and moisture change rule in warehouse, and conducting numerical simulation of coding horizontal ventilation. Compared with the experimental data, the theoretical basis for the effective control of temperature and humidity is provided.
