小麦粉中硼砂的快速检测方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据硼砂在酸性条件下可转化为硼酸,硼酸与姜黄素显色的原理,建立了定性分析的目视比色法和定量分析的分光光度法。研究了反应温度、反应时间、显色液用量对显色的影响,并确立了最优化的实验条件。结果表明:在最优化实验条件下,显色体系的颜色随硼酸含量的升高而逐渐加深,并在0-4mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,线性回归方程为A=0.1847C+0.0057,相关系数R^2=0.9989。用于实际样品的测定,目视比色法可快速确定硼砂的含量范围,分光光度法的回收率为98.10%-102.13%,RSD为1.26%-3.21%,结果满意。 According to the principle that under the condition of acid borax can be converted into boric acid, which can develope with curcumin, set up the visual colorimetric method of qualitative analysis and quanti- tative analysis of spectrophotometry. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, developing liquid dosage had been studied, and established the optimal experimental conditions. Results showed that the optimal experimental conditions, the color of the developing system along with the rise of boric acid content gradually deepened, and within the scope of 0 - 4 mg/L in line with the beer's law, the linear regression equation A = 0. 1847 + 0. 0057 C, the correlation coefficient R^2= 0. 9989. In determination of actual samples, visual colorimetric method can rapidly determine the scope of the content of borax, spectrophotometric method of recovery is 98.10% - 98.10%, RSD was 1.26%- 1.26%, with satisfactory results.
