制度反腐是新时期中国共产党开展反腐倡廉建设的新思路和新举措。当前中国共产党制度反腐面临一些新问题,如反腐制度的制定主体过于宽泛,政策与法律之间存在冲突,出现制度性腐败,监督功能缺乏等。新时期中国共产党制度反腐应创新思维,加大法治在制度反腐中的决定性作用,从而保证各种反腐制度的有效实施。

Institutional anti-corruption is the new ideas and measures in anti-corruption construction of the party in the new period. It ＇s some new problems with institutional anti-corruption, such as the subject of formulating institution being too broad, the conflict between policy and law, institutional corruption and lacking of supervision function, etc. So we should have been innovate thinking, strengthen decisive role that the rule of law in institutional anti-corruption, ensure the effective implementation of the institutional anticorruption.
