随着我国互联网的发展以及我国政府"互联网+"行动计划的实施,众筹在我国迅速发展。桂林国际旅游胜地建设要实现从观光游到休闲体验游的转变,乡村旅游的开发与发展十分重要。发展旅游众筹从而促进桂林乡村旅游的发展,成为新形势下提升桂林旅游品质的新举措。
