川陕革命根据地红色文化遗产资源富集,类型多样,极具旅游开发价值。但由于受开发滞后的影响,导致其红色文化遗产旅游的影响力与知名度不高。正确定位政府在发展红色文化遗产开发中的角色,才能更好地发挥其在红色文化遗产旅游及其资源整合、区域合作、公共基础设施建设等方面的组织、管理、服务和推动作用。

The red cultural heritage in Sichuan and Shanxi revolutionary base are abundant and assorted,which is worthy of development. However,due to the lagging behind of development,it is not common for the influence and popularity of red cultural heritage tourism. It＆#39;s time to correctly position the role of the government in the development of red cultural heritage,and play its role in organization, management,service and promotion in resource integration,regional cooperation,and public infrastructure construction of the red cultural heritage tourism.
