高职高专院校体育特长生的培养与管理现状分析

Analysis of Current Situation of Cultivaton and Management of the Students with Sports Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

运用相关研究方法,对高职高专院校体育特长生的培养与管理现状的进行了调查,结果显示:高职高专院校主要通过统招和特招的方式招收体育特长生;学生求学动机简单,学习负担较大;训练倦怠,技能学习和基础知识学习方面呈现出"双不突出"状态,建议高职高专学校要加大体育特长生的培养和管理力度,建立相应的培养和管理机制。

This paper,with relevant methods,investigates the current situation of cultivation and management of the students with sports special talents in higher vocational colleges. The results show that the students are enrolled either in a universal way or in a special way,who are with simple learning motivation and bigger learning burden,tired of physical training,poor in professioal knowlege and skills. It suggests colleges strengthens the cultivation and management of the students with sports talents by building relevant mechanisms.
