摘要
采用问卷调查形式,利用SPSS17.0分析软件,对南京工业职业技术学院贫困生资助工作对于学生成长的激励效应状况进行调查分析。结果表明:高职院校资助工作有利于彰显教育的公平公益性,有利于塑造学生乐观自立精神,激励学生成长,但彰显教育的公平公益性以激励学生成长的效应不如塑造学生乐观自立的精神对学生成长的激励效应明显。
This paper,taking the form of questionaire and using the software of SPSS1. 70,makes an empirical analysis of the incentive effect benefitting their development of needy students subsidizing in Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology. The results show that needy students subsidizing in higher vocational colleges is beneficial to highlight the educational equity and public good and to shape students' spirit of optimism and self-reliance,facilitating their development. However,the former effect is less obvious than the latter.
