同游者不文明行为对游客旅游体验的影响因素研究

Research of the Fellow Tourists Uncivilized Behavior Effects on Tourist Experience

以常见的同游者不文明行为对游客旅游体验的影响为研究对象,运用问卷调查和因子分析法,研究得出影响因素主要体现在四方面:景区归因体验、游客行为影响、游客感观体验和旅游后续影响,并进一步提出景区加强游客不文明行为的管理,实行文明制度,注重对卫生环境的管理和强化游客自我环保意识等措施。

The fellow tourist uncivilized behavior effects on tourist experience were analyzed as the research object in this paper, using questionnaire and factor analysis method. The influence factors mainly reflected in four aspects：tourist scenic spots, tourist experience behavior influence, tourists psychological impact and the subsequent influence, and it further put forward the scenic area to strengthen the manage- ment of tourist uncivilized behavior, implementation of civilized system, pay attention to the management of environment and strengthening tourist self consciousness of environmental protection measures.
