根据皖北人力资源和教育发展的相关数据,分析皖北地区六市的人力资源发展状况、教育建设状况。皖北地区人力资源整体素质不高,主要劳动力流失严重,且工业发展缓慢,就业机会少,教育与社会产业发展匹配度不高。鉴于此,必须大力发展皖北职业教育,促进该地区社会经济的持续发展。

The situation of human resources and education was analyzed in the northern area of Anhui province according to the related data. There are a huge amount of human resources in this area but the quality of them are not so good in the whole. The problem of losing main labor forces in this area is serious. And the industrial develops slow there, so there are not enough job opportunity to absorb human resources. The matching degree of education development and social economy is not very high. In this situation, a lot of attention must be put to the vocational education to push the quick development of this area.
