引入第三方评价地方医学院校的利弊分析与建议——以广西医科大学为例

Analysis and suggestion on the third-party evaluation at the local medical university ——study on Guangxi Medical University

第三方评价在高等教育评价中发挥着越来越重要的作用,具有公正、客观、独立等特点;但由于其起步晚,真正依托市场化经营,提供高等教育服务的第三方机构在高校中应用还存在一些问题。以广西医科大学为例,对第三方机构评价在地方医学院校的应用进行利弊分析,建议加强对第三方评价机构的政策支持及激励措施,建立元评估制度,推动第三方评价的分类评价及个性化评价等方面进行改进。

The third party evaluation plays an increasingly important role in the higher education evaluation, with characteristics of its justice, objectivity and independence. However, due to a late start, the third party evaluation which provides services for higher education relying on market still has some problems in practice. The advantages and disadvantages of the third party evaluation in the Local Medical University were analyzed based on the practice of Guangxi Medical University. It was suggested that it be necessary to strengthen the policy support and incentive measures to the third party evaluation, establish Meta-evaluation system, promote classiifed and personalized evaluation and so on.
