大孔吸附树脂分离葛根总多酚的工艺条件优化 被引量:3

摘要 以湘西野葛根为原料,在单因素实验基础上,采用响应面法优化大孔吸附树脂分离葛根总多酚的工艺条件,考察了pH值、吸附时间和吸附温度对总多酚提取率的影响,并建立了数学模型。结果表明,在pH值为6.0、吸附时间为180min、吸附温度为59℃的最佳工艺条件下,总多酚提取率为0.2623%,比模型预测值(0.2636%)小0.0013%。 With Pueraria lobataroot as raw material,separation process of total polyphenol by macroporous adsorption resin was optimized by response surface methodology based on single factor experiment.Effects of pH value,adsorption time and adsorption temperature on extraction rate of total polyphenol were investigated.Mathematic model was established.Results showed that,under the optimum conditions of pH value 6.0,adsorption time 180 min,adsorption temperature 59 ℃,extraction rate of total polyphenol was 0.2623%,which was0.0013%less than model predicted value(0.2636%).
