摘要
以氯铝酸型离子液体为催化剂合成了环己酮(苯甲醛)乙二醇缩酮(醛),考察了催化剂用量、酮(醛)醇物质的量比及带水剂用量对反应的影响。确定最优合成条件为:催化剂用量1.0g、酮(醛)醇物质的量比1∶1.8、带水剂环己烷用量30mL。通过元素分析、红外光谱、折光率和1 HNMR对产品进行了物性和结构表征。
Cyclohexanone ethylene ketal and benzaldehyde ethylene acetal were synthesized with chloroaluminate ionic liquid as catalyst.The effects of catalyst amount,molar ratio of cyclohexanone(benzaldehyde)to ethylene glycol,and water-carrying agent amount on the reaction were investigated.The optimum synthetic conditions were obtained as follows:catalyst amount was 1.0g,the molar ratio of cyclohexanone(benzaldehyde)to ethylene glycol was 1∶1.8,water-carrying agent amount was 30 mL.The physical property and structure of the synthetic product were characterized by elemental analysis,FTIR,refractive index and 1 HNMR.
