摘要
室内研制出HPT高温强抑制水基钻井液体系,对高效抑制剂、降滤失剂、防塌封堵剂的配比进行了分析,并对该钻井液体系的性能进行了评价。结果表明,该水基钻井液具有优良的加重能力、流变性、抑制性、润滑性和抗温性能,且具有环保和成本低的特点。
HPT High temperature and strong inhibitory water-based drilling fluid system was developed.The proportion of efficient inhibitor,filter loss reducer,anti-soughing blocking agent were analyzed.The performance of drilling fluid system was evaluated.Results showed that,the drilling fluid system had excellent aggravating capacity,rheology,inhibitory capacity,lubricity and temperature-resistance capacity,and had the characteristics of environmental protection and low cost.
