摘要
钢锭在冷却过程中会出现疏松、缩孔和偏析等缺陷。本文提出在钢锭模上加散热片来加快钢锭的凝固,分析加不同形状的散热片后钢锭凝固过程中的温度场变化、全凝时间、缩孔情况的影响。研究表明:加散热片后钢锭凝固时间缩短了60 s,而且水平布置的散热片与竖直布置的散热片相比凝固速率加快了16%,加锥形数值散热片后,缩孔的体积最小为247.3 cm3。
Steel ingot will appear the defects such as porosity shrinkage,cavity and segregation during the cooling process. It is proposed that placing heat sinks on the ingot mould can speed up the cooling of the ingot.With different shapes of heat sinks,the heat transfer behaviors of steel ingot,such as temperature field,total solidification time and shrinkage cavity are analyzed,during the process of solidification. It is shown that the solidification time of ingot shortens 60 s with heat sinks,and the solidification rates of horizontal layout is16% faster than that of vertical layout,the minimum volume of shrinkage cavity is 247.3 cm3.
