摘要 在数控加工中,设置正确的坐标系,通过对刀来获得工件坐标系原点的位置,是控制刀具正确的运动轨迹和保证加工质量的必要前提。本文以反射罩零件为例,探讨了在加工过程中工位转角后,其45°抛物面数控铣削加工的对刀原理和方法,创新提出了转角工位偏置计算间接对刀法,推导出工件坐标系原点的理论计算公式。最后运用加工中心(VMC850B)加工出反射罩的实体形状,通过与传统对刀方式的对比,表明偏置计算间接对刀法不仅提高了加工精度,还有助于提高生产效率,适用范围广泛。 To set up correct coordinate system and determine the original position of workpiece by cutter is the necessary premise to control the path of tool and assure the quality of cutting in the NC machine. The research takes an example of the reflector,it discusses the tool setting methods of the reflector with 45° paraboloid while cutting after station around the corner,the indirect cutter offset method is proposed and the equation of the original position of workpiece is deduced. Finally,the actual shape of the reflector can be cutting by using the machine-center(VMC850B). By compared with traditional cutter,it shows that the latter is not only can improve the machining accuracy,but also can helps to elevate the production efficiency,and it is widely used.
