摘要
传统的摄像头对心方法主要是通过硬件对心,即通过移动电路板的位置来调整集成在电路板上的视频传感器的中心位置,从而达到对心的效果。这种方法效率低下,而且容易在操作中引入误差,不适合在大批量生产中使用。提出了一套通过软件来实现摄像头的快速精准的对心工装系统设计方案。通过显示屏上图像中心和屏幕几何中心的偏差,用单片机控制IIC总线对视频传感器内的寄存器初值进行修改,重新烧录进FLASH,实现图像中心位置的调整。实验表明,通过这套工装系统进行对心整个过程只需8秒钟,相比硬件对心,更加快速,精确。
Camera centers calibration is a very important link of the production of the series of astern camera, it changes the center of video sensor by moving the circuit board to get the efficiency ,but this way is not fit for mass production because of the low efficiency and easy to make errors. Putting forward a software of tooling system design for the camera fast and accurate on the heart.By the deviation of the image center and geometric center to control IIC bus to modify the primary data on register in the video sensor and write it again in flash to realize the adjust of image center. Experiments show that only eight seconds are needed to accurate the whole process by this system, it is more fast and accurate comparing to the accurate by hardware.
