摘要
回顾性总结连续性血液净化(continuous blood purification,CBP)治疗对批量热射病战士早期救治的临床疗效,探讨CBP早期治疗的时机及临床指征。热射病的早期医疗救治对患者的预后产生显著影响,应尽早给予热射病患者CBP治疗;CBP的早期应用指征不应局限于实验室指标的变化,而应以高热伴意识障碍临床表现为参考指标。
Clinical effect of continuous blood purification （ CBP ） on early treatment of heat stroke soldiers was retrospectively summarized by the author, and the timing and clinical indications of CBP early treatment were explored. Early treatment effects significantly on the prognosis of heatstroke patients; early application indications of CBP should not be confined to the changes in laboratory indexes, hyperpyrexia with consciousness disturbance may be better reference indexes.
