高校提升大学生法律意识建议浅析

A Brief Analysis on Suggestions to Improve the Legal Consciousness of College Students

改革开放三十多年来,我国法制改革已经卓有成效,公众法律意识也有了大幅提升。然而从近年来高校不断发生的惨案来看,作为社会希望的大学生群体的法律意识却令人担忧,大学生法律意识的提升途径是多方面的,然而高校在此方面应当发挥主要作用。高校在提升大学生法律意识方面,除了进行普遍的法制宣传之外,更应当从课程改革、司法实践参与、司法人员讲座以及道德培育等方面展开。

In the thirty years of reform and opening up, China＇s legal reform has achieved impressive results, and public awareness of the law has also been greatly improved. However, viewing from the frequent occurring tragedies in colleges and universities in recent years, the legal consciousness of college students, as the hope of the society, is worrying. College students＇ legal consciousness should be improved from many ways, however, colleges and universities should play a major role in this regard. In the process of enhancing college students＇ legal consciousness, in addition to the general legal publicity, colleges and universities should also carry out the work from curriculum reform, judicial practice participation, lectures of judicial officers and moral cultivation.
