安全工程专业应用型人才培养实践模式的构建与实施

On the Construction and Implementation of the Practical Model of Applied Talents Training for Safety Engineering

实践教学是保障高校应用型人才培养质量的基础。本文在分析当前高校安全工程专业实践教学中存在问题的基础上,以山东科技大学安全工程专业为例,结合国家卓越计划的标准,提出了该专业应用型人才培养实践模式的新思路,据此制定满足应用型人才能力要求的实践模式,并从优化方案、充分利用学科平台优势、加强师资队伍以及深度校企合作等方面实施,取得了良好的效果,对于其他高校工科专业应用型人才的培养具有很好的借鉴作用。

Practical teaching is the basis of ensuring the cultivation quality of applied talents in universities. In this paper, the analysis was based on the problems existing in the teaching of safety engineering discipline in universities, taking Safety Engineering Major in Shandong University of Science and Technology as an example, combined with national excellence program standard, the new professional applied talents training model was put forward, and the practice model to meet requirements of the ability of applied talents was given. The model was implemented from several aspects, such as the optimization of scheme, making full use of the discipline platform advantages, strengthening faculty and deep cooperation between school and enterprise, etc., and has achieved good results, which can make a good reference for other engineering specialties in universities of applied talents training.
