如何强化高职生自我管理能力培养

On How to Enhance the Cultivation of Higher Vocational Students' Self-management Ability

近几年,我国高等教育的发展非常迅速,高校招生规模不断扩大,学生人数的增长使得生源素质变得参差不齐。通过调查研究,传统的教学方式已经不能够满足当代社会对于高职教育的要求,这就要求必须要树立新型的教育观、学生观以及人才观。高职生已经具备了一定的自我管理能力,但是还是不能够适应高职学习的状况,因此教师要充分发挥自身的引导作用,调动学生学习的积极性,使学生完成"要我学"向"我要学"的转变,积极主动地进行自我管理。文中,笔者结合自己多年的实践经验,探究了培养高职生自我管理能力的策略。

In recent years, the development of higher education in our country is very fast, and the scale of enrollment of colleges and universities continues to expand, but the increasing number of students makes the quality of students uneven. It is found in the investigation and research that the traditional teaching methods can no longer meet the requirements of higher vocational education in contemporary society, which requires the establishment of new concepts of education, students and talents. Higher vocational business has the ability of self-management, but still can not adapt to the situation of higher learning, so teachers should give full play to their role in guiding, mobilize the enthusiasm of students＇ learning, enable students to complete the change from ＂want me to learn＂ to ＂I want to learn＂, actively carry out self-management. In this paper, combined with many years of practical experience, the author explores the strategy to cultivate higher vocational students＇ self-management skills.
