玉米秸秆沼气发酵浮渣形成的危害及其影响因子 被引量:1

摘要 文章以玉米秸秆为原料,在常温(25℃±2℃)条件下研究了玉米秸秆沼气发酵浮渣形成的影响因子,建设性地提出了秸秆浮渣形成的机理。结果表明,玉米秸秆吸水能力很强,在很短的时间内吸水量达到饱和状态;在发酵第2 d,玉米秸秆吸水量即可达到最大值,即30 g秸秆原料吸收水量216.18 g,且秸秆沼气发酵产生的浮渣量随发酵时间的延长有明显波动。 The influence factors of scum forming in process of corn straw fermentation at 25℃ ± 2℃ were studied,and mechanism of scum forming was proposed in this paper. The results showed that the corn straw had very strong water absorbing ability,reaching the saturation state in a short time,and up to the maximal value the second day,i. e. 30 g corn straw absorbed 216. 18 g of water. And it was found that scum amount obviously fluctuate with fermenting time going on.
