摘要
随着市场经济体制的逐步推进,高校人力资源管理改革与创新刻不容缓,为满足社会不断发展对复合型人才的需求,需要不断提升教育水平,培养全面发展的高素质人才。现阶段,高校人力资源管理面临着很多挑战,需要重视战略性人力资源管理措施的实施,提升高校的综合竞争力。本文首先分析了目前我国高校人力资源管理现存的问题,其次探讨了目前我国高校人力资源管理面临的挑战,再次结合这些挑战,分析了战略视角下我国高校人力资源管理措施,最后作出了总结与展望。
With the gradual advance of the market economy, human resources management reform and innovation of universities is imperative. In order to meet the needs for compound talents in the continuous developing society, we need to continuously upgrade the level of education, and train high-quality talents with comprehensive development. At this stage, university human resources management faces many challenges, so we need to focus on the implementation of strategic human resources management practices, and enhance the overall competitiveness of universities. This paper first analyzes the current problems existing in the human resources management of Chinese universities, then discusses the challenges currently faced by the human resources management of Chinese universities, and combining with these challenges, analyzes the measures of human resources management in Chinese universities from a strategic perspective, and finally makes a summary and prospect.
