高校平安校园建设考核评价机制的探索研究

Exploration and Research on Evaluation Mechanism of Constructing Safety University Campus

随着平安中国的提出,教育领域也掀起了建设平安校园的浪潮,但是目前为止还没有一个科学的高校平安校园建设的标准和健全的考核评价机制。本文探讨了高校平安校园的内涵和特征,并总结概括了当前高校平安校园考核评价机制存在的问题,在此基础上,探索建立一个科学的高校平安校园建设考核评价机制,力图明确考核评价指标的体系和内涵标准,完善考核评价程序,有效运用考核评价结果,实现考核评价精细化档案管理。

With the construction of safety China, there is a development trend of constructing safety campus. But so far there is no scientific standard and evaluation mechanism for university safe campus construction. This paper discussed the connotation and characteristics of university safety campus, and summarized the problems existing in the current evaluation mechanism for university safe campus. On this basis, this paper explored the establishment of a scientific evaluation mechanism for university safe campus construction, trying to make clear the system and connotation standard for the evaluation, and improve the evaluation program, so as to realize refined archives management for the evaluation by effectively using the evaluation results.
