武汉地区高职院校毕业生就业现状与对策分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and the Countermeasures on the Employment Issues of Higher Vocational Education Graduates in Wuhan Region

高等职业教育作为高等教育的一个重要组成部分,其发展已受到社会的广泛关注。由于高校毕业生连年持续大幅度的增长,高职院校毕业生就业难的问题日益突出。本文通过对武汉地区高等职业教育发展现状以及高职毕业生就业中存在问题的分析,从政府、学生自身和高职院校三方面提出相应的建议和对策。

The development of higher vocational education, as an important component in higher education, has a widespread concern in the society. The number of college graduates has been growing significantly year by year, and their difficult employment has also become increasingly prominent. Through an analysis on the current situation of higher vocational education development in Wuhan region as well as the problems in higher vocational graduates＇ employment, this paper put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures from the government, students themselves and higher vocational colleges.
