摘要
专业技术人员继续教育数字化学习资源建设是开展网络培训的基础,数字化学习资源开放是基地间优质教育资源共享,整体提升服务社会能力的现实需求,也是基地承担公益性继续教育服务义务的有效途径。文章就专业技术人员继续教育数字化学习资源的分类、规范、开放共享模式、公共服务、以及版权保护、兼顾相关利益主体的利益等方面内容进行了讨论。
Digital learning resources construction for the continuing education of professional and technical personnel is the basis to carry out online training. The opening of digital learning resources is the real demand for the sharing of high-quality educational resources among bases and the comprehensive improvement of social service ability, as well as an effective way of bases to shoulder the responsibility of carrying out continuous education as a public service. This paper mainly discusses from the classification, standardization, opening and sharing model, public service and copyright protection of digital learning resources for the continuing education of professional and technical personnel,and the interests of relevant stakeholders that should be taken into account.
