摘要
人的情商教育与培养离不开语言的学习与建构,语言建构是通达自我实现不可或缺的条件。应当说,语言的教学与教育就是以情商的语言关联为基础的,它是一种旨在促进情商教育实现的有效方式。因此,在大学英语的教学与教育之中,应将大学生的人格与情商建构作为旨归。为此,在听力、阅读与口语的教学中,运用"心理匹配"与"发掘情感"的策略,可以补充和设计与情商培养相关的教学内容。从模因论的视角出发,在仿写练习中融入情商培养的内容,则将对大学生的情商培育与发展有所助益。基于交互性的英语教学与教育过程,无疑有助于大学生的情商培养乃至人的自我实现。
The education and cultivation of EI(Emotional Intelligence) can not be separated from language learning and construction, and language construction is indispensable for self-realization. It should be said that the language teaching and education is based on the linguistic relationship of EI, which is an effective way to promote EI education. Therefore, the construction of the personality and EI of college students should be regarded as the purpose in the college English teaching. For this reason, in the teaching of listening, reading and speaking, the teaching content related to EI training can be supplemented and designed by using the strategy of "mental matching" and "tapping affection".From the perspective of memetics, it is helpful to cultivate the EI of college students by adding elements related to EI cultivation in the process of imitating writing. In addition, the interactive English teaching and education is undoubtedly helpful to the cultivation of students' EI and self-realization.
