农业科技进步对四川省经济增长的作用分析

Analysis about the Contribution of the Agricultural Science and Technology Progress to Economic Growth of Sichuan Province

在四川省经济的快速发展过程中,农业科技进步对它起大了多大程度的作用？针对该问题,本文在借鉴索洛模型的基本思想的基础上,构造了包含科技进步在内的四川省经济增长模型,同时采用了增长速度法和生产函数法,计算了固定资产的投资、第一产业劳动力投入和农业科技进步对四川省经济增长的贡献率,具体分析了1978~2012年四川省农业科技发展水平对经济增长的贡献,最后根据分析结果提出了合理的决策建议。

In the rapid development of the economy in Sichuan Province, how about the contribution of the agricultural science and technology progress to its economic growth？ Aiming at the problem, this paper, in reference to the idea of Solow model, constructs Sichuan Province economic growth model, which contains the progress of science and technology. At the same time, using growth rate method and production function method, this paper calculates the contribution rates of fixed assets investment, labor input of primary industry and agricultural scientific and technological progress to Sichuan Province economic growth, then analyzes the contribution of Sichuan Province agriculture science and technology development level to economic growth of the years1978 to 2012, finally, according to the results, the paper puts forward the reasonable suggestions for the decision.
