论“双专业培养”如何破解综合性大学教师教育的困局 被引量:2

摘要 "学科专业+教育学专业"的"教师教育双专业培养"模式是以教师教育双专业属性为基础,通过教师教育机构独立设置、人才培养方案平行制定、教师教育课程整齐运行、实践实习平台统一搭建等措施,形成学科专业培养与教育学专业培养平行但却不悖的关系,在不延长大学学习时段的前提下,实现提升人才输出质量的目的。在传统师范院校以多元方式走向综合化而导致师范性弱化的背景下,"教师教育双专业培养"对于破解综合性大学教师教育困局具有积极意义。 The mode of double professional training ' discipline + pedagogy' is based on the property of double majors of teacher education. Through independent teacher education institution, establishment of personnel training scheme, operation of teacher education courses, and building of practice platform, it aims to form a parallel but not contradicted relationship between professional training and pedagogic training so as to promote personnel quality without prolonging learning time. Against the background of weakened teacher training in traditional teachers' college, ' double major training in teacher education' is of great positive significance in solving education predicament in college teachers.
