摘要 目的探讨中国食品卫生监督管理现状及发展前景。方法分析中国食品卫生监督管理的现状及其中存在的问题,并据此提出加强食品卫生监督管理的对策。结果食品卫生是影响人民身体健康的重要因素之一,是卫生监督工作的重点。我国的饮食行业随着中国经济的发展也在不断进步,形成了食品生产、加工、运输、宣传、销售等完整的产业链。食品卫生监督管理措施对于提升管理水平具有重要意义。结论食品产业的进步,促使中国的食品卫生监督管理工作随着社会的发展也在不断的改进。加强食品卫生监督管理工作是对人民健康负责,是保证食品行业健康发展的有效手段。 Objective To make an investigation on present condition and development of food hygiene supervision and administration in China. Methods Making an analysis on present condition and existing issues of food hygiene supervision and administration in our nation in order to put forward measures to enhance food hygiene supervision and administration. Results Food hygiene was one of the most important factors to influence people's health,thus,it was the most concerned issue in food hygiene supervision and administration work. With economic development increasing dramatically,the food industry had formed a complete production chain of producing,processing,transportation,publishing and selling. So,measures for food hygiene supervision and administration played an important role in increasing administration level. Conclusion Food industry enjoys an increasing development and food hygiene supervision and administration work has been ameliorated greatly with social development. So,enhancement of food hygiene supervision and administration is an effective way to be responsible for people' health and to guarantee sound development of food industry.
