社区卫生服务中心对于全科医生的需求分析

Demand Analysis of Community Health Service Center for General Practitioners

目的分析社区卫生服务中心对于全科医生的需求。方法回顾性选择2015年6月份本社区参与问卷调查的90位中老年人资料,调查内容包括中老年人在就医时考虑的问题及医院类型等,从而探索社区卫生服务中心对于全科医生的需求。结果经分析调查发现,同意全科医生提供医疗服务的中老年人有68名,占75.56%,不同意全科医生提供医疗服务的有14名,占15.55%,表示无所谓的有8名,占8.89%,同意全科医生提供服务的中老年人75.56%多于不同意人群15.55%、无所谓人群8.89%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);针对全科医生年龄要求的人群比较无差异,不具可比性(P>0.05)。结论社区卫生服务中心对于全科医生具有高需求。

Objective To analyze the needs of the community health service center for general practitioners. Methods The data of 90 middle-aged and elderly people who participated in the questionnaire survey in June 2015 were selected. The contents of the questionnaire included the problems and the type of hospital. Results The analysis of the survey found that agreed to provide medical services for GPS in the elderly were 68, accounting for 75.56%,did not agreed to provide medical services for GPS were 14,accounting for 15.55%. And indicating that it did not matter were 8,accounting for 8.89%. Agreed GPS to provide services in the elderly 75.56% were more than the disagree,15.55%,8.89%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Age requirement for GPS crowd compared,it had no difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Community health service centers need general practitioners.
