闭合复位空心钉内固定术用于股骨颈骨折的临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的评价闭合复位空心钉内固定术治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法选择我院中青年股骨颈骨折患者48例采用闭合复位2枚空心钉内固定术治疗(观察组),与开放复位内固定(对照组)进行对比。结果观察组愈合47例,出现坏死1例,对照组愈合47例,出现坏死1例,两组在切口长度、术中时间、出血量方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在愈合率上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论闭合复位空心钉内固定治疗中青年股骨颈骨折具有创伤小的特点,是一种有效的治疗方法。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of closed reduction hollow screw internal fixation for femoral neck fractures. Methods 48 young and middle-aged patients with femoral neck fractures in our hospital were received. Closed reduction 2-hollow-screw technique treatment(observation group)was compared to the open reduction internal fixation(control group). Results In the observation group,47 patients healed and 1 patient had necrosis. In the control group,47 patients healed and 1 patient had necrosisthe two groups were statistically different in the length of in cision,intraoperative time and bleeding(P〈0.05),but there were not significantly different in the healing rate(P〉0.05). Conclusion The closed reduction hollow screw internal fixation is minimally invasive in the treatment of young and middle-aged femoral neck fractures and therefore is a good treatment method.
