摘要
目的 探讨新生儿惊厥的临床治疗方法。方法 对2014年3月~2015年3月收治的新生儿惊厥50例的临床治疗资料进行分析。结果 50例新生儿惊厥患儿经积极治疗后治愈30例,好转12例,总有效率84%。死亡2例,自动出院6例。结论 早期明确病因,有效控制惊厥发作,可减少病死率及后遗症的发生极。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment methods of neonatal seizures. Methods From March 2014 to March 2015,50 cases of neonatal seizures clinical data were analyzed. Results 50 cases of neonatal seizures in children after active treatment cured 30 cases, improved in 12 cases,the total efficiency was 84%. 2 patients died,six cases were discharged. Conclusion Early clear cause,effective control of seizures can reduce mortality and the incidence of complications pole.
