子宫颈电环切除术对88例宫颈上皮内瘤变的疗效分析

Curative Effect of the Cervical Ring Resection in 88 Cases of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia

目的 研究探讨子宫颈电环切除术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变得临床效果。方法 将我院2013年1月~2014年12月收治的宫颈上皮瘤变患者88例,按照统计学原理分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组患者采用常规的方法进行治疗,观察组患者实行子宫颈电环切除术进行治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果 治疗结果显示,观察组患者治疗有效率94.6%,对照组患者73.2%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;与此同时,观察组患者并发症发生率与术中出血量均少于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 治疗宫颈上皮瘤采用子宫颈电环切除术可以提高临床治疗有效率,减少术中出血量。

Objective To study the cervical ring resection in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014,88 cases of patients with cervical epithelial neoplasia, according to the statistics theory were divided into control group and observation group,44 cases in each group. Control group were treated by conventional methods,and observation group of patients in the cervical ring resection treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Results The treatment effectiveness of observation group of patients was 94.6%,control group patients were 73.2%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. At the same time,bleeding amount of patients of observation group were less than the control group patients, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of cervical epithelial tumors in the cervical ring can improve clinical efficiency,reduce the intraoperative blood loss.
