鼻内窥镜下同期手术治疗鼻中隔偏曲并慢性鼻-鼻窦炎效果分析

Effect Analysis of Nasal Endoscopic Surgery Over the Same Period in Treatment of Nasal Septum Deviation and Chronic Nasal-sinusitis

目的 通过客观评价鼻内窥镜下同期手术治疗鼻中隔偏曲并慢性鼻-鼻窦炎效果,寻找提升鼻中隔偏曲并慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者预后效果的治疗方案。方法 随机法选择本院2010年1月~2015年1月接收的26例鼻中隔偏曲并慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者（实验组）,选择鼻内窥镜下同期手术治疗;同时选择26例鼻中隔偏曲并慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者（对照组）,予以常规疗法。结果 上述入选患者中,实验组入选患者有效率88.46%,而对照组为61.54%,对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 基于鼻中隔偏曲并慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者,选择鼻内窥镜下同期手术治疗效果突出,是提升患者临床效果、控制并发症形成的重要手段。

Objective Analyzing clinical effect under nasal endoscopic surgery for nasal septum deviation and chronic nasal sinusitis in the same period. Methods Choosing 26 cases of nasal septum and chronic nasal sinusitis patients as experimental group,and choosing the same period under nasal endoscopic surgery. At the same time,choosing 26 cases of septal deviation and chronic nasal sinusitis patients as control group, using conventional therapy. Compared two groups of therapeutic effect and complication. Results Effective rate was 88.46% in experimental group, while the control group was 61.54%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The deflection of nasal septum and chronic nasal sinusitis patients,selecting the same period under nasal endoscopic surgery,the treatment effect is outstanding,which is importantto improve patients＇ clinical effect and to control the complications.
