摘要
目的 探究早期综合发展在儿童保健中的应用效果。方法 本次研究对象为2013年5月~2014年5月于我院接受保健的儿童100例,随机分组,对照组50例儿童实施常规保健,观察组50例儿童实施早期综合发展干预,将两组儿童的保健效果进行对比。结果 在智能发育评分的对比中,观察组儿童的结果优于对照组儿童,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 将早期综合发展用于儿童保健工作中,可促进儿童的健康成长及智能发育。
Objective To explore the effect of early comprehensive development of children＇s health. Methods Selected 100 patients for this study from May 2013 to May 2014 to health care in our hospital,50 cases of children in routine care,50 cases in the implementation of comprehensive development of early intervention in the observation group, then compared the effects of the two groups of children. Results In contrast to the intellectual development of scores,the observation group was better than the control group of children,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The early integrated development for child care has important significance,and can promote children＇s healthy growth and mental development.
