家庭注意力训练联合脑电生物反馈治疗注意缺陷多动障碍临床效果观察

Observation of the Clinical Effect of Family Attention Training Combined With EEG Biofeedback in Treatment of ADHD

目的探讨家庭注意力训练联合脑电生物反馈治疗ADHD临床效果。方法 60例注意缺陷多动障碍患者,按照随机数字法分为甲、乙两组,各30例。乙组只采取脑电生物反馈治疗,甲组则在对照组的基础上采取家庭注意力训练。结果两组患者经相应的治疗后各评分指标均得到了改善,甲组患者改善情况优于乙组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭注意力训练能增加脑电生物反馈治疗ADHD的效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of family attention training combined with EEG biofeedback in treatment of ADHD. Methods 60 cases of patients with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder were divided into A group and B group according to random number method,30 cases in each. A group received EEG biofeedback treatment,and B group accepted family attention training combined with EEG biofeedback treatment. Results After treatment,two groups of patients had been significantly improved,B groups had obvious improvement,and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Family attention training can increase the effect of EEG biofeedback in treatment of ADHD.
