射流雾化吸入治疗老年肺炎临床效果评估

Effect Analysis of Elderly Patients With Pneumonia Treated With Jet Atomization Inhalation

目的 探究射流雾化吸入治疗老年肺炎的临床效果。方法 随机选取2013年4月~2015年4月本院接诊的76例老年肺炎患者作为研究对象,依据数字表法进行随机分组,对照组及观察组各38例;对照组采取静脉滴注沐舒坦进行治疗,观察组则采用射流雾化吸入沐舒坦进行治疗。结果 两组患者临床治疗总有效率、住院时间的对比结果显示观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 采用射流雾化吸入治疗老年肺炎的临床疗效满意,可有效缩短患者的住院时间、提高患者的康复速度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing care of the treatment of senile pneumonia by jet atomization inhalation. Methods Randomly selected 76 cases of elderly patients with pneumonia from 2013 April to April 2015 in our hospital as the research object,according to the number table method of randomization, devided into control group and observation group of 38 cases each. Control group taking intravenous Mucosolvan treatment,the observation group used jet atomization inhalation treatment. Results The total effective rate and length of hospital stay of the two groups were significantly different,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of the treatment of senile pneumonia with jet atomization inhalation is more remarkable,and the strengthening of the psychological nursing and health education can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay and improve the recovery rate.
