针刺配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果评价

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined With Massage in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨针刺配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法抽取57例腰椎间盘突出患者,随机分为A、B、C,3组,A组进行针刺治疗,B组进行推拿治疗,C组进行针刺加推拿治疗,观察3组患者临床效果。结果 C组患者治疗后总效率高于另两组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出效果好于单独治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage for treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 57 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into A, B, C,3 group. A group were treated by acupuncture,B group was treated by massage,C group was treated by Acupuncture combined with massage,the clinical effect of 3 groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of C group was better than that of the other two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage for treatment of lumbar disc herniation is better.
