结肠癌致肠梗阻的CT诊断分析

CT Diagnosis of Intestinal Obstruction Caused by Colon Carcinoma

目的 针对临床结肠癌致肠梗阻患者CT影像诊断的准确性进行探讨,研究分析其临床应用效果。方法 收集2012年6月~2013年6月30例结肠癌致肠梗阻患者的有关资料,都通过手术病理检测对病情进行准确诊断。对患者术前CT影像与腹部X线影像结果进行对比分析,初步探讨两种检查方法对于诊断结肠癌致肠梗阻的准确率。结果 CT影像结果中有28例患者被诊断为肠梗阻,确诊率高达93.3%;X线影像有19例被诊断为肠梗阻,确诊率为63.3%。对比两种方法发现,在诊断准确率方面,CT影像高于X线影像,存在的差异具有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在结肠癌致肠梗阻诊断方面,CT影像诊断具有较高的准确率,有助于提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the accuracy of CT imaging in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer. Methods The data of 30 patients with intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer from June 2013 to June 2012 were collected,and the diagnosis of the disease was carried out by the operation and pathological examination. The results were compared with the results of X-ray imaging in patients with CT before operation,and the accuracy rate of two methods for diagnosis of intestinal obstruction caused by colon carcinoma was preliminarily discussed. Results 28 patients were diagnosed as intestinal obstruction in CT imaging, the diagnosis rate was 93.3%. X-ray image was diagnosed as intestinal obstruction,the diagnosis rate was 63.3%. Comparing the two methods,the accuracy rate of CT was higher than that of X-ray image, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion CT imaging has a high accuracy in diagnosis of colon cancer causing intestinal obstruction. It is helpful to improve the clinical effect.
