摘要
目的分析慢性肾脏病合并冠心病冠状动脉介入术后血液透析护理措施。方法选取50例慢性肾脏病合并冠心病患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组(25例)与护理组(25例),对照组采取常规护理,护理组采取综合护理,对比两组护理效果。结果护理组满意度、并发症发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾脏病合并冠心病患者采取综合护理,能提高患者护理满意度,减少并发症。
Objective To analyze the nursing measures of hemodialysis in patients with chronic kidney disease with coronary artery disease. Methods 50 cases of chronic kidney disease patients with coronary heart disease, according to the random number method were divided into control group（25 cases） and nursing group（25 cases）. The control group adopted conventional nursing,and the nursing group took comprehensive nursing, compared with the effect of the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing group was superior to that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing care of patients with chronic kidney disease combined with coronary heart disease can improve patients＇ care satisfaction and reduce the complications.
