腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆漏护理分析

Nursing Analysis on Patients With Bile Leakage After Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的 分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆漏的护理措施以及护理效果。方法 选取于2013年12月~2015年8月经临床确诊并且在我院接受治疗的腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆漏患者68例,并随机分为常规护理组（33例）和综合干预组（35例）,对以上两种护理措施进行对照研究。结果 综合干预组患者的护理满意度评分高于常规护理组,引流管拔除时间以及住院时间均短于常规护理组,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆漏患者应用综合护理的效果确切,能够促进患者痊愈以及提高护理满意度。

Objective Nursing method and its effect on patients with bile leakage after laparoscopic cholecystectomy are to be studied. Methods Chose 68 patients with bile leakage who were diagnosed and operated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in hospital from December 2013 to August 2015 and separated them into one group that were given conventional nursing（35 cases） and another group that were given comprehensive nursing（35 cases）at random.Then observed and compared nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ satisfaction rate in group that were given comprehensive nursing was much higher than group that were given conventional nursing,besides,patients＇ drainage-tube removal time and their hospitalization days in group that were given comprehensive nursing were much shorter than group that were given conventional nursing. There was differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive care is of great efficacy for patients with bile leakage after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and it is significant to improve patients＇ recovery and increase their satisfaction with treatment.
