心血管病住院患者并发肺部感染的原因与护理对策

Causes and Nursing Measures of Angiocardiopathy Complicated With Lung Infection in Patients

目的探讨心血管病住院患者并发肺部感染的原因及相应护理对策。方法选取54例心血管病住院患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均并发肺部感染,随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各组均27例,对照组采用病房常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预,分析患者并发肺部感染的具体原因并观察比较两种护理方法应用效果。结果引发心血管病患者并发肺部感染的主要因素包括年龄(≥65岁)、侵入性操作、抗菌药物使用时间(>3 d)、卧床时间(≥7 d)以及合并心力衰竭等。护理后,观察组患者平均住院时间较对照组短(P<0.05),患者护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论临床在对心血管病住院患者进行对症治疗的同时,重视患者并发肺部感染的主要因素并给予其适当护理措施,能够有效缩短患者住院时间,提高其护理满意度。

Objective To study the angiocardiopathy hospitalized patients complicated with lung infection causes and corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods Clinical data of 54 patients with cardiovascular disease in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were complicated with lung infection,and they were divided into control group and observation group,each 27 cases. Control group adopted the routine nursing care,observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention. Then to analyze the specific reason for the patients complicated with lung infection and compare two methods of nursing application effect. Results The main factors of cardiovascular disease complicated with lung infection including age（≥ 65 years）,invasiving operation,antimicrobial drug use time（ 3 d）,bed time（≥ 7 d）and combination of heart failure. After nursing,the average length of hospital stay was shorter in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）,and patients＇ care satisfaction was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical symptomatic treatment in hospitalized patients with angiocardiopathy still need to attach importance to the main factors of patients complicated with lung infection and give the appropriated nursing measures. It can effectively shorten inhospital time,improve the nursing satisfaction.
