不稳定型心绞痛临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience of Unstable Angina

目的 探讨不稳定型心绞痛患者应用综合护理干预的临床效果。方法 本次研究的49例不稳定型心绞痛患者均为医院在2014年6月~2015年8月收治,根据护理模式的不同将49例患者分为观察组25例和对照组24例,观察组实施综合护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理,对比两组患者的护理效果与护理满意度。结果 观察组护理总有效率为92.0%,护理满意度为96.0%;对照组护理总有效率为83.3%,护理满意度为70.8%。其比较差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 不稳定型心绞痛患者应用综合护理干预的临床效果确切,患者的护理满意度提高。

Objective To study the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with unstable angina. Methods The study of 49 patients with unstable angina were chose from our hospital in June 2014 to August 2015. According to different nursing mode,49 patients were divided into observation group（25 cases）and control group（24 cases）. Observation group implemented the comprehensive nursing intervention, the control group were treated by routine nursing care,compared two groups of patients with nursing effect and nursing satisfaction. Results The nursing total effective rate of the observation group was 92.0%,the nursing satisfaction was 96.0%. The nursing total effective rate of control group was 83.3%,the nursing satisfaction was 70.8%. It had comparative statistical differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with unstable angina for comprehensive nursing intervention,the effect is great and nursing satisfaction is higher.
