优质护理干预措施在浸润性膀胱癌患者中应用及效果分析

Application and Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention in Patients With Invasive Bladder Cancer

目的 分析优质护理干预措施在浸润性膀胱癌患中的应用效果。方法 选择2013年5月~2014年4月来我院治疗的浸润性膀胱癌患者88例,随机将其分成两组,每组44例。对照组患者采用对症护理,护理组采用优质护理。观察两组患者的不良情绪和护理满意度。结果 护理组患者的护理满意度高于对照组患者,而不良情绪低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对浸润性膀胱癌患者采用优质护理干预能有效的提高护理满意度,减少不良情绪,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality care intervention applied in invasive bladder cancer patients. Methods We selected 88 cases with invasive bladder cancer from May 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital for treatment. They were randomly divided into two groups, 44 cases each group. In the control group,patients were treated with symptomatic care while care group used high-quality care. Then we observed the patients＇ adverse emotional and nursing satisfaction. Results In the care group,patients＇ satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group. But the adverse emotional was significantly lower than the control group. It had statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with invasive bladder cancer,using high-quality nursing intervention can effectively improve nursing satisfaction,reduce adverse emotional and improve the quality of life of patients.
