Clinical Nursing Experience of Children With Hand-feet-mouth Disease

目的 分析小儿手足口病临床护理体会。方法 随机抽取我院近几年收治的150例手足口病患儿,回顾患儿临床资料,并根据疾病具体情况,贯彻落实疾病全面护理,做好具体护理措施。结果 150例手足口病患儿经抗病毒、抗感染、退热、营养神经等常规处理,并及时予以全面临床护理,患儿均在5~7 d痊愈,未出现脑膜炎、心肌炎等心血管系统疾病及神经疾病,无后遗症及死亡患儿。结论 密切注意手足口病患儿病情变化,加强全面护理,落实基础措施,做好健康教育,有助于患儿痊愈。

Objective To analyze clinical nursing experience in children with hand,foot and mouth disease. Methods A random sample of 150 patients admitted in our hospital in recent years of children with hand,foot and mouth disease. Review of clinical data,and according to the specific situation of the disease,to carry out comprehensive nursing measures. Results 150 cases of HFMD patients treated by antiviral,anti infection,fever,nerve nutrition and other conventional treatment. The children were healed in 5 to 7 days,and did not appear the cardiovascular system diseases such as meningitis,myocarditis and neurological diseases,without sequelae and death. Conclusion Paying close attention to children with hand,foot and mouth disease,strengthening the comprehensive nursing care,and carring out the basic nursing can ensure children heal.
