多组分纤维针织物的染色工艺 被引量:2

New dyeing technology for multicomponent fiber knitted fabrics

摘要 针对粘胶、腈纶、涤纶、锦纶四组分纤维针织面料传统染色工艺存在的工艺繁琐,染深性能差,色牢度较差,织物原有风格受损严重,生产效率低等问题,采用一种新型染色助剂XDZF及其配套染色工艺对多组分纤维进行染色加工,对比分析不同染色工艺对染色品匀染性、色牢度以及染色节能减排效果的影响.实现了分散染料、阳离子染料、酸性染料同浴染色;在保证匀染性的前提下,缩短了染色工艺,改善了染色织物的色牢度和手感,达到了节能减排和提高生产效率的目的. To solve the problems of the complex dyeing process, unsatisfied color depth, poor colore fastness, unavoidable deterioration of fabric properties, and low production efficiency,which exist in the conventional dyeing method for multieomponent fiber blended knitted fabrics of by viscose, acryl- ic, polyester and nylon fiber, a new dyeing auxiliary XDZF and its combined dyeing process were in- vestigated. And the influence of different dyeing process on the dyeing levelness and color fastness of dyed products and the energy conservation and emission reduction were also analyzed. The results show that the disperse dyes, cationic dyes and acid dyes can be dyed in one bath; the dyeing levelness of the dyed products is guaranteed while the dyeing process is shortened; the production efficiency is increased and the color fastness and hand feeling of the dyed products are improved~ more energy is saved and emissions are reduced.
