摘要 结合化学沉淀和高能球磨方法制备纳米Al_2O_3-Cu基电触头材料.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析电触头材料的微观组织结构,使用金属电导率仪和显微硬度计测试Al_2O_3-Cu基电触头材料的物理性能,并分析纳米Al_2O_3含量和烧结温度对Al_2O_3-Cu基电触头材料物理性能的影响.结果表明,纳米Al_2O_3增强了与Cu基体的结合能力,纳米Al_2O_3-Cu基电触头材料的相对密度达到91.7%,电导率和硬度分别为71.0%IACS和142.3HV,电触头材料组织分散均匀,具有良好的导电性能和较高的硬度. Nano-Al2 O3-Cu based electrical contact material were prepared with high energy bail milling method and chemical precipitation. The microstructure of electrical contact materials was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the physical properties of Al2 O3-Cu based electrical contact materials were tested by metal electrical conductivity and microhardness, and the influence of nano Al2O3 content and sintered temperature on the physical properties of electrical contact materials was ana- lyzed. The results show that nano Al2O3 enhances the binding ability with Cu base; the relative density of nano-A1203-Cu based electrical contact materials reaches 91.7% electrical conductivity and hard- ness are 71.0% IACS and 142.3HV; electrical contact material organization uniform dispersion has good conductivity and high hardness.
