摘要
随着电网的快速发展,电力通信网技术体制、网络规模及管理模式均应迅速匹配调整,精益化管理是提高运维水平的一个重要手段。文章以山东电力通信网网络现状、运维实际为基础,结合国家电网公司通信管理系统应用,融合信息化、标准化、流程化管理理念,优化闭环管理模式,分析了山东电力通信资源数据建设,针对山东电力通信调运检工作需求,设计调运检精益化管理模式,重点分析流程节点设计、流程角色设计。文章设计的流程能够实现运维工作全闭环、责任到岗到人、运维数据实时保鲜,可对"全程全网"调度运行提供重要支撑。
With the rapid deployment of power grid, technical system and management mode of power communication network need to be adjusted. At the same time, the lean management is a vital measurement to improve the operation and maintenance level. Considering current situation of the power communication network in State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company and the application of TMS system of SGCC, this paper first uses the management philosophy of information, standardization and process to analyze the construction of power communication data resource in State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company. Then aiming at the operation and maintenance requirements of power communication in State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company, this paper designs the lean management mode specially for dispatching, operation and maintenance, which is mainly focused on the design of the process modes and roles. The proposed process can realize the closed-loop maintenance, clear responsibility management and maintenance data real-time updating, and support the dispatching and maintenance of ＂the whole process and whole grid＂.
