基于“五位一体”的信息运维标准化作业构建

Construction of Information Operation and Maintenance Standardized Workfl ow With the "Five-in-one" Mode

为进一步提高电网企业信息专业标准化作业水平,实现标准化作业指导书在信息班组作业活动的全覆盖,通过对国网山东省电力公司信息专业作业现状进行分析,提出了一种基于"五位一体"的信息运维标准化作业建模方法。通过应用ARIS流程管理工具,梳理固化信息作业流程,匹配岗位职责、制度标准、风险控制、绩效考核等管理要素,丰富了信息专业现场标准化作业的内涵和控制要求,进一步提升了信息专业现场作业的精益化管理水平。

In order to further improve the information standardized operation level of power grid enterprise, and to apply standardization instruction manual to all information team, we analyzed the current situation of information operation in State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company and proposed a standardized operation modeling method of information operation and maintenance with the ＂Five-in-one＂ mode. By applying ARIS process management tool, we defined the key management elements including information workflow, responsibilities, system and standards, risk control and performance evaluation. The work enriched the connotation of information on-site standardized operation, and further enhanced the lean management level of information on-site operation.
